Community Midwives

The community midwives are attached to the practice and provide advice during pregnancy and after childbirth. The midwives hold a clinic in the surgery all day on a Tuesday by appointment. If you need to contact the midwives, please telephone 0131 536 6450.

Community Nurses

The district nurses provide nursing care to patients at home who are unable, for medical reasons, to attend the surgery. In addition to treatment and advice on post operative care and incontinence care, the district nurses also provide care to the elderly and terminally ill in their own.
